Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience with a strong emphasis on customer service.

As part of the store leadership team, you will handle opening/closing routines, operate the POS, and drive sales through product knowledge and visual displays, while supporting omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
