Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and strong customer experiences.

You will drive daily sales through leadership, product knowledge, and visual merchandising on the floor. As part of the store leadership team, you will analyze performance data, support inventory control, and represent the brand during peak periods while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management not required; leading groups preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and presence on the floor.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and energetic attitude.
• Take initiative, be adaptable and detail‑oriented.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines for the store.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold culture and values.
