Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will help drive store performance on the floor through customer focus and team achievement of daily sales.

The role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation on the selling floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
