Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive sales on the floor as part of the leadership team.

You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, and maintain product knowledge, visual displays, and asset protection while reflecting the brand’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate cash registers / POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Education
