Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure top-quality in-store experiences. You will help drive daily sales through customer focus and team achievement on the showroom floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, apparel knowledge, visual displays, inventory control, and collaboration with leadership to meet store goals. Candidate should be energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required, but leading groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
