Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experiences and strong sales performance.

The role is part of the store leadership team, focusing on customer experience and daily operational excellence. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI orders, product knowledge, visual displays, and inventory control, while upholding brand culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS/register systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
