Job summary

Toyota Store in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the floor team, coach salespeople in real time, and drive both new and used vehicle volume and profitability. This hands-on role blends on-floor leadership with coaching to elevate performance and CSI.

You will close deals, train staff, manage internet leads, and ensure high-quality customer interactions on the lot and at the table. Competitive earnings and a strong brand position await.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership sales management experience (Toyota or import experience a plus).
• Track record of training and developing new salespeople.
• Hands-on leadership: you lead from the floor, not the office.
• Experience driving sales from service drive and owner base campaigns.
• Strong desking and deal-structuring skills.
• Comfort with internet leads, CRM, and digital retailing tools.
• High energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work the floor side by side with your team: greet, engage, and help close customers.
• Lead your team in prospecting the service drive and owner base campaigns to create opportunities, not just wait for them.
• Train and develop new salespeople into confident, productive consultants.
• Sharpen your experienced veterans with ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Help the team work internet leads: response quality, appointment setting, and follow-up.
• Desk deals, structure numbers, and keep deals moving to F&I.
• Drive new and used volume, gross, and CSI.
