Job summary

Pecheles Toyota/Ford seeks a Sales Manager to lead from the floor, coaching the team to close deals and grow both new and used volume. You will work side-by-side with sales staff, developing talent, handling desk deals, and driving service-drive opportunities with owner-base campaigns.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, high energy, and a strong focus on gross, CSI, and real-time coaching. Expect a dynamic, low-desk environment with a proven store behind you.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership sales management experience (Toyota or import experience a plus).
• A track record of training and developing new salespeople.
• Hands-on leadership: you lead from the floor, not the office.
• Experience driving sales from service drive and owner base campaigns.
• Strong desking and deal-structuring skills.
• Comfort with internet leads, CRM, and digital retailing tools.
• High energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work the floor side by side with your team: greet, engage, and help close customers.
• Lead your team in prospecting the service drive and prior owner base to create opportunities.
• Train and develop new salespeople into confident, productive consultants.
• Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to veteran staff.
• Help the team work internet leads: response quality, appointment setting, and follow-up.
• Desk deals, structure numbers, and keep deals moving to F&I.
• Drive new and used volume, gross, and CSI.
