Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to achieve daily sales goals.

As part of the store leadership team, you will open and close routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
