Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise in-store operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales and customer experience. You will open/close routines, manage POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain displays, analyze reports, and uphold brand culture.

This role emphasizes leadership on the floor, collaboration with the store leadership team, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leadership on teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
