Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

You will lead opening/closing, operate POS, fulfill OMNI Channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand culture. Retail leadership potential is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
