Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Supervisor to lead the floor across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You will ensure top guest experiences, coach a fast-paced team, and help manage operations on shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team members on service standards and safety practices.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events.
• Maintain facility readiness and smooth operations across FOH and BOH.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build skills.
