Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is on the floor, not behind a desk, leading from the line, register, and floor during every rush. You will own people, products, and profits, working side-by-side with your team to set the pace and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This hands-on GM role requires managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operations while maintaining top food safety standards and brand quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to quality and service.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Review and analyze P&L and manage costs.
