Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during peak times to drive speed, service, and quality. This role requires owning people, product, and profit with a visible, on-the-floor leadership style.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, build schedules, and manage labor, food costs, and inventory while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on the floor alongside the team during peak periods.
• Lead all restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
