Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working side-by-side with the team during every rush to set the pace and uphold brand standards. This hands-on role requires on-line presence at make line, register, and oven during peaks in a fast-casual environment.

You will own people, product, and profit, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure food safety and operational excellence while coaching staff daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations on the floor during shifts to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventories, and other operational metrics to meet P&L goals.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
