Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, acting as a player-coach in a high-volume, fast-casual environment. You will work beside the team during every rush, training, coaching, and ensuring speed and quality on every station.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, building culture through visible leadership and hands-on involvement on the line, register, and drive-thru.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience required.
• Proven track record of running shifts and leading teams.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts (QSR or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations on the floor, including line, oven, register and drive-thru during rushes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage labor, inventory, and controllable costs while driving guest satisfaction.
• Interpret P&L insights and drive sales through operational excellence.
