Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in Scottsdale to drive exceptional customer service and lead a high-performing sales floor. You will mentor staff, ensure seamless daily operations, and uphold Mejuri’s standards in engagement, service and store presentation.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, meeting KPIs, overseeing services such as piercing and engraving, and supporting inventory and merchandising. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the ability to stand for

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Creative and quick-thinking leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store customer experience and coach team.
• Drive KPIs such as conversion and sales performance.
• Oversee services offerings including piercing and engraving.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and BOH upkeep.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Onboard and assess new staff and support ongoing coaching.
