Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to ensure customers enjoy a high-quality in-store experience. You will supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and contribute to daily sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, reporting, inventory control, and safeguarding store assets. Must be energetic, communicative, and fashion-conscious.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and articulate Brand values.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS and register systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
