Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor.

You will help drive store performance through customer engagement, product knowledge, and leadership of daily operations, including opening/closing, POS, and merchandising. You will supervise teams, analyze store performance, and uphold brand culture while delivering exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
