Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, POS operation, and maintaining displays. The role emphasizes strong customer focus, teamwork, and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
