Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive the in-store customer experience and daily sales.

You will perform opening and closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, build and maintain visuals, analyze reports, protect store assets, and represent the brand with energy and initiative on a part-time schedule that includes weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
