Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by supervising the floor, coaching team members, guiding store performance, and driving sales on the floor.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, Omni Channel fulfillment, product knowledge, visual displays, and brand representation. Schedule is part-time with weekend availability and peak-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups/teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive and adaptable.
• Able to balance multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
