Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience and to support the floor leadership team. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, supervise opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, and drive daily sales through product knowledge and brand awareness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, visual merchandising, asset protection, and strong communication. Availability includes weekends and peak-season hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required but leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
