Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Danbury, CT seeks a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor.

You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer experience and daily sales achievements. The role requires strong communication, energetic presence, and adaptability, with a focus on coaching teams and upholding the brand’s values.

Formación

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company culture and values.
