Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, and protect store assets while representing the brand's culture and values on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/ POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays on the shop floor.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
