Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will support daily store performance and lead through customer engagement, while upholding brand culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, and maintaining visuals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups/teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
