You will help drive sales through customer focus, product knowledge, and brand presence, while maintaining visual displays and store operations on the floor. This role emphasizes leadership potential and collaboration with the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leadership of groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive.
• Take initiative with adaptability and flexibility.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
