Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and sales on track.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and maintain visual displays while analyzing reports to drive decisions. This role emphasizes strong customer focus and brand representation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and be energetic and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
