Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Winston-Salem is seeking a Key Lead to support store leadership on the floor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a high-quality in-store experience and daily sales.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni channel orders, and maintain visual displays while staying on top of product knowledge and brand standards. This role requires strong communication, customer focus, initiative, and flexibility, with weekend availability and

Competenze

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; experience leading groups or teams is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Schedule will vary weekly with 12-16 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability required.
