Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer receives a quality in-store experience.

The role acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales through branding and customer focus. The position involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual display leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership of groups preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines.
