Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer experiences quality in-store service.

As Floor Supervisor, you guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales through strong customer engagement. You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visual displays, review reports, protect assets, and represent the brand with energy and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and energetic demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS/register systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
