Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experience, acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievements.

The Key Lead will participate in opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while upholding the brand’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
