Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States seeks a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the shop floor.

You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omnichannel orders, drive sales through product knowledge, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, safeguard assets, and embody our brand culture. 12-16 hours weekly, weekend availability, peak-time hours may rise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
