Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales goals.

You will manage opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while ensuring brand standards and strong customer focus. The role includes variable weekly hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, with potential increases during peak times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.

• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
