Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Atlanta is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive customer experience and daily sales. You will open and close routines, manage POS, fulfill OmniChannel orders, maintain displays, and analyze reports to guide decisions while representing the brand and culture.

This part-time role requires 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability and bonus incentives.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/ management experience not required, but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility.
