Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. They will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of retail experience preferred, and no required supervisory background. Expect varied weekly schedules, Saturdays and Sundays, with higher hours during peak times.

• Education - High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience - No Supervisory/ Management Experience Is Required.
