Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience on the Willow Grove floor. You will act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and sales goals achievable.

You will lead by example on customer service, product knowledge, and brand standards while managing opening/closing routines and omni-channel fulfillment. A strong work ethic and upbeat leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
