Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You will perform opening and closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions while upholding the brand and company values. Starting rate: $19.95 per hour. Work is part-time with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
