Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience by guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor. The role places you on the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievements.

Schedule varies; expect 12-16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak times, hours increase to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
