Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a high-quality in-store experience. The role sits on the store leadership team and focuses on customer experience and daily sales performance.

You will open and close the store, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and ensure product knowledge is strong while maintaining brand displays and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
