Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United States who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This role requires hands-on leadership on line, oven, register, and drive-thru during peak periods, with a focus on people, products, and profits within the four walls.

You will own operations end-to-end, drive speed, quality, and customer satisfaction, and develop teams through live coaching and mentorship, while maintaining brand standards and strong financial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach during live shifts.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Build staffing schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Develop future leaders.
• Review and analyze P&L statements.
• Manage labor and food costs.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence.
