Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, on line and on register during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit inside your four walls, with a player-coach mindset in a high-volume, fast-casual environment.

Responsibilities include leading operations, coaching the team, managing costs, and driving guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong presence and a results-oriented mindset, with a clear emphasis on on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience—high-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with emphasis on quality, guest service, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Direct and coach team members on live shifts to ensure fast service and high morale.
• Monitor financials including labor, inventory, and costs; drive sales through operational excellence.
