Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk, to drive high-volume fast-casual performance.

This hands-on operator will work alongside the team on line, on register, and on drive-thru during rushes, setting pace and ensuring food quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards. A high-energy, people-first leader with a track record of managing labor, costs, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required – high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes — this is a daily expectation, not an exception.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and personally drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
