Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the line, not the desk, and works alongside the team during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit with a hands-on, owner-style GM energy on the floor.

The role emphasizes speed, guest satisfaction, and culture, with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and benefits eligibility. A strong track record in fast-paced concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes — make line, oven, register, or drive-thru.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and on-floor leadership.
