Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. You will be a player-coach on line, register, and drive-thru during every rush, guiding the team with real-time decisions and hands-on presence. Own people, products, and profits while modeling a hands-on leadership style.

The role demands speed, hard work, and a relentless focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and brand standards. A strong track record in fast-paced concepts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and shifts alongside the team during peak periods.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation with zero compromises.
• Drive speed of service and guest satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and lead shifts.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and on-the-floor leadership.
