Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will own people, product, and profit, while actively working alongside your team during every rush on line, register, and drive-thru.

You will manage operations, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high-energy leader committed to on-floor presence and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes — daily expectation.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and personally drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
