Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This is a hands-on, high-tempo GM role where you work on line, at the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace with the team.

You will lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service excellence, cleanliness, and brand standards. The role emphasizes live coaching and daily shift leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Able to work on the floor during peak periods.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service and speed of service.
• Ability to manage labor, inventory, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts on line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
