• Minimum supervisory/management experience in retail (fashion preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead on floor to deliver warm, personalized service.
• Drive performance through coaching and zone management.
• Ensure daily tasks, opening/closing, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
