Job summary

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. As a Supervisor, you drive daily results and lead moments on the sales floor, modeling exceptional customer experiences and creating a high-performing, inclusive environment.

You will coach Team Members, manage daily operations and floor execution, and support brand launches and inventory needs while achieving store KPIs and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for SKIMS brand and customer service excellence
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Must be able to stand, move around store and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor and mentor the team.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations follow procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Assist training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs by tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability with leadership partners.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
