Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners and support branch operations.
